Who We Are
Meet The CANINE REHAB OF NEW YORK Team.
At CANINE REHAB OF NEW YORK we are dedicated to a comprehensive approach to caring for your dog or cat. Whether your pet is recovering from orthopedic surgery, healing from an injury, dealing with osteoarthritis, or in need of weight loss, an individualized program can be designed to achieve the best individual results. When rehabilitation sessions, pain management, and home exercises are combined into a comprehensive program, your dog will regain not just function and strength to the affected area, but will be more comfortable and able to better enjoy life.
A born and bred New Yorker, Bonnie Brown VMD, CCRP, has been a practicing veterinarian for over 25 years. She received her undergraduate degree from Cornell University and graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine and completed an internship and residency in internal medicine at the Animal Medical Center in NYC. After many years treating arthritic and post-orthopedic surgery patients she developed a passion for canine rehabilitation and how it benefits a pet’s recovery and mobility. In 2015 she became certified in canine rehabilitation through the University of Tennessee and opened CANINE REHAB OF NEW YORK.
